ME-5050NS Corrosion Preventive is a one-step, non-penetrating, medium-term coating used as a mold protectant in the plastics and rubber molding industries.
- Protects molds and exposed metals against moisture, oxidation and corrosion.
- Adheres to metal surfaces such as molds, tooling and slides without sagging.
- Tracing dye saves time by allowing you to visually check coverage.
- Contains a special, built-in acid neutralizer for fingerprint acids.
- Leaves a 0.75 mil. film coating on exposed metals to seal out dampness and prevent rust and corrosion up to 12 months.
